10. Amendments to the Constitution

10.1 This Constitution may be amended only by motions carried at an Annual General Meeting by at least a two-thirds majority vote
10.2 Notice of any proposed constitutional amendment must be submitted in writing to the Secretary not later than three weeks before the AGM
